Mohawk Nation: Parents, due to the increasing threat of inclement weather this afternoon, parents or guardinas may start picking up their students at noon today at their appropriate school. Students who are checked out at noon will not be counted absent for their afternoon classes. Car riders wil be dismissed at 1:20pm and buses will begin loading at ES at 1:30pm for dismissal. We want to make sure students and staff can make it home safely and be prepared for incoming weather. The HS safehouse will be made available in the event of tornado warnings in our area. Caleb Nottingham was involved in a serious accident yesterday evening . He is in stable condition at Regional One Hospital in Memphis and waiting on a neurosurgeon. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers . I know the family would greatly appreciate it.

April is Autism Awareness Month. Piggott Elementary will "Light it up Blue" this Friday, April 8. Everyone is asked to wear blue clothing and/or autism awareness tee to celebrate our students who have autism. Thank you!
The PHS & PJH Cheerleaders will be hosting a Mini Mohawk Cheer Clinic Monday, April 25, 2022 through Friday, April 29, 2022 at the elementary gym. The clinic is for girls who will be in Kindergarten through 6th grade during the 2021-2022 school year. Remember money and order forms are due by Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Tuesday, March 15, we will be taking spring pictures at the elementary. All students will get their pictures made. You will receive a proof in a couple of weeks and if you would like to order pictures you can do so then.
Attention FBLA parents: The pizza kits are arriving early. Please pick up between 3:30 and 5:45 in the high school cafeteria. Pizza kits are frozen upon arrival and we have no storage for them. Items must be picked up today.
Seniors - Senior cap and gown composite pictures will be taken tomorrow, Monday, March 14, starting at 8 a.m. There will NOT be a make-up day. There will be a $10 sitting fee that must be paid the day of the pictures. The sitting fee will include an 8 x 10 copy of the senior composite. Boys should wear a collared button down shirt and girls should wear a dressy top or blouse. Bring your cap and gown to school. Thank you!

6th Grade Girls who are interested in trying out for Jr. High Cheerleading need to bring in completed tryout information packets and be prepared to practice after school this Tuesday-Thursday till 5:00 in the Middle Gym at PHS. Tryouts will be this Friday after school.
Attention Fbla parents: The Little Caesar's pizza kits will be delivered one day next week. Mrs. Peters will announce the delivery day as soon as it is available.
