PES school pictures will be taken Tuesday, August 27. Every student will have their pictures taken. Proofs will be sent home at a later date and order will be taken then.
We are extending the deadline for PES volleyball sign up. The last day now will be Monday, August 26, by the end of the day. If you are needing a form we have some extra ones in the elem office.
Parents please drop your elementary students off in one of the 3 car rider lines. Walking your kids over from Preschool to the car rider line is a safety issue. Thank you!

Mohawk Nation: Reminder!!! Mohawk football Benefit Games tonight at 6pm. Junior and Senior High v. Jonesboro Westside. Admission for adults and students is $5/person. Funds go to support the Catastrophic Insurance fund at AAA. Come out and support our Mohawks!
There will be a FREE football camp for grades Kindergarten-6th grade this Saturday, August 17 at the football field. Grades K-3rd will be from 9:00-10:15 and grades 4-6 will be from 10:30-12:00. The camp will be coached by football head coach Clinton Haley and his staff/players. No equipment required. Students will only need tennis shoes or cleats.

Mohawk Football: The Piggott Mohawk football teams will be hosting Jonesboro Westside in a junior and senior high benefit game on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 6pm. This is an AAA Sanctioned event and admission for all adults AND students will be $5 at the gate. The gate money will assist the AAA with the Catastrophic Insurance fund.

Mohawk Nation: Reminder, the Arkansas Activities Association Dead Period will begin Monday, June 23 and go through Sunday, July 7. All athletic facilities, courts, and fields are closed to any practices, games, or workouts during this time period. This is a period of time to spend with family, take vacations, etc. We look forward for our athletes to return after this period and be ready to go to work! We are excited to start the 2024 Mohawk Athletic Schedules! Go Mohawks!

The date for the regularly scheduled school board meeting for June has been moved to June 10, 2024 at 5:30pm.
Mohawk Nation: Another round of severe weather is scheduled from 4pm tonight until 2am tomorrow morning. In case of inclement weather, we will reopen the safe house on the high school campus. We do ask if you bring any pets that they are crated or on leashes and are secure at all times. We will notify when the safe house is open.
